心臓リハビリテーショングループの國本充洋先生の論文がCardiovascular Diabetology誌にpublishされました‼️

心臓リハビリテーショングループの國本充洋先生が1st authorを務めた”Relationship between skin autofluorescence levels and clinical events in patients with heart failure undergoing cardiac rehabilitation”と題する論文がCardiovascular Diabetology誌にpublishされました‼️  加齢や糖尿病、生活習慣病などを背景に体内に蓄積する終末糖化産物(AGEs)は、心血管疾患や運動機能低下と関連する事が報告されており、AGEsが発する特異的な蛍光を、蛍光値(skin auto fluorescence: SAF)として前腕で測定する事が可能です。本論文では、心臓リハビリテーション施行慢性心不全患者におけるSAF値が、全死亡と心不全入院に対する予測因子となりうる可能性を示しました。 國本先生、心臓リハビリテーショングループの 横山 美帆 先生おめでとうございます!!!（写真は1st authorの先生國本先生です） 

The paper entitled “Relationship between skin autofluorescence levels and clinical events in patients with heart failure undergoing cardiac rehabilitation”, led by Dr. Mitsuhiro Kunimoto, the Assistant Professor of Juntendo Nerima Hospital, has been published in Cardiovascular Diabetology. The authors have shown that advanced glycation end-products, which can be measured non-invasively, was significantly associated with the incidence of MACE in patients with HF who underwent cardiac rehabilitation.
